Digital Photography Course Terms and Conditions

1. A place ("a Place") on the Digital Photography Course ("the Course) at Berty ("the Property") is subject to confirmation by Graham and Belinda Berry ("the Course Providers") to the Participant ("the Client").
2. To reserve a Place the Client should complete the online booking form. The Course Providers will send an email confirming acknowledgment of the booking, and giving payment details. The Client must arrange immediate payment of the initial non-refundable deposit of 25%. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owners will send a confirmation invoice. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.
3. The balance of the Course fees together with the cost for any non-participating guest is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the Course. If payment is not received by the due date, the Owners reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the Course require full payment at the time of booking
4. Subject to clauses 2 & 3 above, in the event of a non-insurable cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be made if the Course Providers are able to fill the Place, and any expenses or losses incurred in so doing will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. The Client is strongly advised to have adequate insurance for all eventualities (medical, cancellation, transport delays and loss or damage to personal belongings including photographic equipment) as the Course Providers will not be held liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred during the Course. The Client is also advised to bring a National Insurance Health Card.
6. The Course Providers shall not be liable to the Client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services at the Property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance pertaining to the Course, nor for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the Course Providers.
7. The Course Providers reserve the right to change the itinerary of the Course for logisitical reasons.
8. If the Course Providers should cancel the Course for any reason then the Client will receive a full refund of the monies paid and the Course Providers will have no further liability.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. SMOKING - is not allowed inside the Property
11. Pool Safety is of the utmost importance. The Client agrees to take full responsibility for the safety of all members of their party in and around the Swimming Pool of the Property.
